Order Processing Time

Because our herbal remedies, healing salves, and artisan creations are made in small, fresh batches, please allow 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) for order processing, hand-packaging, and inspection prior to shipment.

• Carrier-Calculated Live Rates: For orders under $75.00, shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout in real time via USPS (USPS Ground Advantage & Priority Mail) based on the exact weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. You see live, accurate carrier rates with zero markup.
• Estimated Transit Time: Standard USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. USPS Priority Mail arrives within 2 to 3 business days.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your shipping label is printed and your package is ready for USPS, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your live USPS tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Warm-Weather Advisory for Balms & Salves

Our healing balms, salves, and body butters are formulated with 100% pure beeswax, botanical oils, and organic butters without artificial chemical stabilizers or synthetic hardeners. During warmer weather, salves may naturally soften in transit.

Helpful Tip: Please retrieve your package promptly from your mailbox upon delivery. If your salve or balm feels soft, simply place it upright at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to restore its natural firmness. Softening or firming does not alter the therapeutic herbal potency or quality in any way!
